Share: FB TW

Tadej Pogačar is a Slovenian cycling ace and two-time youngest winner of the Tour de France. The barely 22-year-old cyclist is pushing the milestones of world cycling competitions.

In 2018, he joined the UAE Emirates team and has so far accumulated six overall victories in stage races and 14 stage victories in two national time trial titles. The highly talented cyclist, who previously pursued a career as a footballer, has been racing at the highest levels of world cycling since 2019. "Pogistar", as the world media call him, is considered the grandmaster of long marathon trials. In July 2021, he crowned his career with a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

Pogačar is an exceptional cyclist with a big heart. He sold his first, hard-earned yellow jersey from the Tour de France to a charity auction, where the funds gathered were donated to developing young sports talents.
